These terms explain how CoinXpress works and what you agree to by using it. They are written to be understood, not to hide anything. They are not legal advice to you. If you need advice about whether you may lawfully take part where you live, consult a qualified professional in your own jurisdiction.
1. Acceptance
By connecting a wallet to CoinXpress or paying to open a table, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms and the risk disclosure. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. What CoinXpress is — and what it is not
CoinXpress is a referral-driven rewards mechanism running as a smart contract on the BNB Smart Chain. You pay once to open a 14-seat table. Each seat has a destination fixed by the contract before you pay.
It is not an investment, a savings account, a security, a fund, a loan, a yield product or a financial instrument. It does not trade, invest or manage money on your behalf. No return is promised, projected or guaranteed, and past or example figures are illustrations of the mechanism, not forecasts.
3. Non-custodial — we never hold your funds
CoinXpress never takes custody of your money. Payments move directly between your wallet and the smart contract. We cannot freeze, seize, reverse or return your funds, and we cannot access your wallet. You are solely responsible for the security of your keys and your device.
4. Eligibility
To take part you must:
- be at least 18 years old, and of legal age in your jurisdiction;
- hold an active CoinX membership at the required tier on the same wallet;
- be acting for yourself, not on behalf of an undisclosed third party;
- be legally permitted to use a product of this kind where you live.
The CoinX requirement is enforced on-chain: the contract will refuse payment from a wallet that does not meet it.
5. How placement and payment work
Seat destinations are fixed in the contract and identical for everyone. In summary: six seats pay the table owner, two fund the owner's next level, one routes to the CoinX reward clubs, four forward the payment onward, and one re-seats the table.
A member with fewer than two direct referrals cannot receive payment from any seat. This is structural, not discretionary. Where a payment cannot reach an eligible recipient, the contract routes it onward as its rules specify.
The seat that routes to the CoinX reward clubs is not income to you and should not be counted as such.
6. One payment, no subscription
Entry is a single payment. There is no renewal, no subscription and no recurring charge. Higher levels are funded from within the mechanism as described on the site; they are not sold separately and cannot be purchased directly.
7. No refunds
All payments are final. Blockchain transactions cannot be reversed once confirmed. We do not offer refunds, cancellations or chargebacks under any circumstances, including if you change your mind, if you recruit nobody, or if you earn less than you hoped.
8. Your responsibilities
- Check that participating is lawful where you live.
- Keep your seed phrase and private keys secure. Nobody from CoinXpress will ever ask for them.
- Verify you are on the correct website and the correct contract address before approving anything.
- Meet any tax obligations arising from your participation.
9. How you may and may not promote it
If you introduce others, you must describe CoinXpress honestly. You must not:
- promise, guarantee or project any level of income or return;
- describe it as passive income, an investment, or a way to earn without recruiting;
- conceal that a member with fewer than two direct referrals earns nothing;
- claim any endorsement, licence, registration or partnership that does not exist;
- pressure anyone, or target people who cannot afford to lose the entry amount.
You are responsible for your own statements. Misrepresenting the product may expose you to legal liability in your own jurisdiction.
10. Prohibited use
You may not use CoinXpress for money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, fraud, or any unlawful purpose, nor attempt to exploit, attack or interfere with the contract or this website.
11. No licence or registration
CoinXpress is not licensed, registered or authorised by any financial regulator, gaming authority or supervisory body in any jurisdiction, and no regulator has reviewed or approved it. You are not protected by any deposit-protection, investor-compensation or ombudsman scheme.
12. Availability and changes
The service is provided as-is and may be unavailable, interrupted or discontinued at any time. The contract is upgradeable by the admin key, so its behaviour may change. Material changes will be reflected on this site, and the contract's state is always independently verifiable on-chain.
13. No warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CoinXpress is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from defects.
14. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss of funds, profit, opportunity or data arising from your use of CoinXpress, including losses caused by smart-contract defects, network failure, wallet compromise, your own error, or the actions of other participants.
15. Intellectual property
The CoinXpress name, branding and site content belong to the operator. The smart contract's behaviour is public and verifiable on-chain.
16. Governing terms and disputes
Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly, it will be handled under the laws applicable to the operator, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protections available to you locally.
